A NUNC PRO TUNC RESOLUTION ~F THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AMEN~ING RE80LUTION NO. PC98-93 GRANTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 4014
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted Conditional Use Permit No.
4014 by Resolutiort No. PC98-93 on June 8, 1998, to permit a private elementary school (kindergarten
through 2nd grade) with a maximum of fifly (50) students and day care in an existing church facility on a
2.45-acre parcel focated at the northeast corner of Broadway and Fahrion Place, havinc~ frontages of 182
feet on the north side of Broadway and 510 feet on the east side of Fahrion Place, and further described
as 1275 East Broadway (St. Verena Coptic Church/ Southern Baptist Church); and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 8 contained in said resolution was inadvertenlly incorrectly worded
and should be amended.
NOW 7HEREFQRE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Anaheim Planning Commission does hereby
amend Condition No. 8 af Resolution No. PC98-93 adopted in conneciion wiih Conditional Use Permit
No. 4041, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:
8. That subject property shall be deveioped substanlially in accordance wilh plans and
specifications submitted to the City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on
file with the Planning Departmenl marked Exhibit Nos 1 through 6, and as conditioned
herein.
