A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING i.OMMISSION
TERNINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 930, 1479, 1541, 1693 AND 3776
WHEREAS, on April 10, 1967, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC67-
G8 granting Conditionai l.'se Permit No. 930 to establishi a car wash in conjunction with an existing service
station at 301 South Anaheim Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, on August 20, 1974, the City Council adopted Resoiution No. 74R-399
granting Conditional Use Permit No. 1479 to permit the continued use of an existing biliboard at 301 South
Anaheim Boulevard with waivers of permitted location and maximum height; and
WHEREAS, on June 9, 1975, the ?lanning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC75-
121 approving Conditional Use Permit No. 1541 to permit the continued use of 2n existing billboard at 301
South Analieim Boulevard with waivers of permitted location and maximum height; and _
WHEREAS, on Aprii 19, 1977, the Ciry Council adopted Resolution No. 77R-270
approving Conditiona; Use Permit No. 1683 to permit the continued use of an existing billboard at 301
South Anaheim Boulevard with waivers of permitted location and maximum height; and
WHEREAS, en March 5. 1996, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 96R-29
approving Conditional Use Permit No. 3776 to permit construction of a drive-through restaurant with an
outdoo~ patio area at 301 South Anaheim Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, Cliangiz Zomorodian, the prope~ty ow~er, has submitted the attached letter
requesting te+rmination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 930, 14i9, 1541, 1693 and 3776 to compiy with the
conditions of approval of Conditional Uso Permit No. 3939 (Condition No. 1 of Resolution No. 97R-137)
which permits a service station with a drive-through car w~sh and two fast food restaurants in a
convenience market with off-premises sale of beer and wine.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the A
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional
