A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 2348 AND 2372, AND VARIANCE NO. 4222
WHEREAS, on June 28, 1982, the Planning Commission adopted Resoiution No. PC82-129
granting Conditionai Use Permit No. 2348 to permit the sale of beer and wine for on-premises consumption in
a proposed restaurant with waiver of minimum ~umber of parking spaces at 5755 East Santa Ana Canyon
Road; and
WHEREAS, on September 8, 1982, the Planning Commission adopted Resoiution No. PC82-
167 granting Conditional Use Permit No. 2372 to permit a walk-up window at the existing restaurant with
waiver of minimum number of parking spaces; and
WNEREAS, on April 8, 1993, the Zoning Administrator adopted Decision No. ZA93-26
approving Varianae No. 4222 for waiver of permitted number of wail signs to construct a 96 sq. ft. vyall sign on
the norihwest building elevation; and
WHEREAS, Harold B. Hembree, property owner, has requested termination of Conditional
Use Permit Nos. 2348 and 2372, and Variance No. 4222 to comply with the conditions of approval of
Conditional Use Permit No. 4021 (Condition No. 10 of Resolution No. PC98-66), which permits a 40,000 sq.
ft. physical fitness facility with roof-mounted equipment in existing tenant space in a 157,794 sq. ft.
commercial center, and with waivers, at 5755 East Santa Ana Canyon Road (Canyon Plaza Shopping
Center).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the ,
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional
Variance No. 4222 on the basis of the foregoing findin~!'~ ~
