A NUNC PRO TUNt; RESOLUTION OF T'FIE ANAI~IM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. PC93-145 AND PC84-189 GRANTED IN CONNNGTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2620
WHEREAS, on September 17, 1984, the Anaheim City planning Commission adopted
Resolution No. PC84-189 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2620 and ~ermit on-sale beer and wine in a
proposed restaurant at 6304 - 6308 East Santa Ana Canyon Road, and with waiver of minimum number of
parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, on September 14, 1998 the Commission adopted Resolut:on No. PC98-145 to approve a
request to pemut an amusement device arcade with up to rivelvc (12) amusement devices in conjuncNon with said
restaurant; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 8(peraining to approved exhibits) of Resoludon No. PC84-189
was inadvertently not amended in Resolution No. PC98-145 to reslect the revised exhibits.
NOW TfiEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Anaheim Planing Commission does hereby amend,
naric pxo tunc, Condition No. 8 of Resolutiou No. PC84-189, as amcnded by Resoludon No. PC98-145, and adopted in
conuecHon with Condirional Use Permit No. 2520, to read as follows:
"8. That subject properiy shall be developed substantially in
