TERMINA7ING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION ~VITH
CONDI'I'IONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1498
WHEREAS, on November 26, 1994, the City Council adopted Resolution No. R74-579 to
appra°~e Conditionai Use Permit No. 1498 and permit the continued use and expansion of an existing
,~lant n~irsery v~ith waivers of permitted drivewey width, maximum building height, and required block wall

WHEREAS, George and Barbara Kubo, property cwners, have submitted a letter
requesting cermination of said conditionai use permit to comply with the conditions of approval of
Con~ft~onal Lse Fermit No. 3926.
NUW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedirgs in co~nection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1498 on the basis of
the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Cummission meeting of
February 2, 1998.
