A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM ClTY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINAI"ING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 1144
WHEREAS, on October 27, 1959, Variance No. 1144 was granted under Resolution No.
5575 by the Anaheim City Council to permit the installation of two electric sign~,
WHEREAS, W. David Hutchins, owner of the subject property, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Variance No. 1144 to comply with the conditions of approval of Conditional Use
Permit No. 4000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate ail proceedings in connection with Variance No. 1144 on the basis of the foregoing
findings.
