RESOLUTION NOS. 97R-178 AND PC 98-5 GRANTED IN CONJUNCTIOM WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3954
WHEREAS, on January 5, 1998, the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission adopted
Resolution No. PC98-5 to appro•re revised plans for Conditional Use Per~nit No. 3954, originally approved
under Resolution No. 97R-178. f:~r property iocated at 1111 North Brookhurst Stree~, and;
WHEREAS, Condition No. 30 was inadvertently not amended to reflect the revised plans
(Revision No. 1 of Exhibit Nos. i, 2 and 3);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby am~nd Condition No. 30 of ~tesolution No. 97R-178, as amended by Resoiution No. PC98-5
and adopted in canneciion with Conditional Use Permit No. 3954, to read as follows:
"30. That subject property shall be devoloped s~bstantially in
accordance with plans and specifications submitted to the
Anaheim City Planning Commission by the petitioner and which
plans are on file with the Planning Department marked Revision
No. 1 of Exhibit Nos. 1, 2 and 3(pages 3A and 3E), and Exhibit
Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, and as conditioned herein:'
7HE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
February 2, 1998.
