A NUNC PRO TUNC RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. PC98-1S4 ADOPTED IN ~ONJUNCTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 4067
WHEREAS, on October 12, 1998, the Anaheim City Planning Commission adopted Resolution
No. PC98-164 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 4067 and permit a 2,526 sq.ft. addition to an existing
tenant space to construct a 9,826 sq.ft. (total) hardware store including a 400 sq.ft. outdoor plant sales
area within an existing commercial retail center having a total of 59 units, and with waivers of minimum
parking lot landscaping and minimum number of parking spaces on property located at 5765 East Santa
Ana Canyon Road; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 20 of Resolution No. PC98-164 was incorrect because Exhibit No. 5
was inadvertently omitted; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVE7, that the Maheim City Planning Commission does
hereby amend Condition No. 20 of Resolution No. PC98-164, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows: -
"20. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications submitted to the City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on
filo wifh the Planning Department marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 5, and as conditioned
herein.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commiss;on meeting of
November 9, 1998. /~
