A RESOLUT:ON OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CGNNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2264
WHEREAS, on September 21, 1981, the Planning Commission adopted ~esoiution No.
PC81-203 to approve Conditional Use Permit (Jo. 2264 t~ expand an existing restaurant (a patio area and
patio wail) with waiver of maximum wall height at 710 East Katella Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the property is developed with an approximately 11,150 square foot
restaurant (Fritz ThaPs Too) in the ML (Limited Industrial) zone; and
WHF.REAS, as discussed in the Staff Report to the Planning Commission dated
December 21, 1998, Item. 1-E, the expansion to the restaurant approved 17 years ago was never
constructed and, therefore, termination is appropriate; and
WHEREAS, Jack Chou has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use
Permit No. 2262.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2264 on the basis of
the foregoing findings.
