A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNlNG COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3391
WHEREAS, on March 25, 1991 Conditional Use Permit No. 3391 was granted under
Resolution No. PC91-39 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to expand an existing board and care
facility from six to ten residents witti waiver of minimum number of parking spaces at 1180 South
Belhaven Street; and
WHEREAS, Frank Nobles, property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination
of this use permit.
NQW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that th ~ Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection wit onditio i Use Permit No. 3391 on the basis of
the foregoing finc~ings.
