A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C4MMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS it~ CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1041
WHEREAS, on July 15, 1968 Conditional Use Permit No. 1041 was granted under
Resolution No. PC-68-206 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to establish a walk-up restaurant in
an existing shopping center at 2293 West Ball Road; and
WHEREAS, Amold D. Feuerstein, General Partner for the property owner, has submitted
a letter requesting termination to comply with Condition No. 4 of Conditional Use Permit No. 3980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings fn connection with on the b sis of the foregoing findings.
