A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION.
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDiNGS IN CONNECTlON WITH
CnNDITiONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1220
WHEREAS, on January 11, 1971 Conditional Use Permit No. 1220 was granted under
Resoiution No. PC71-7 by ihe Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit on-sale liquor in a proposed
cocktail lounge serving "adults only" at 2221 Wes4 Ball Road; and
WHEREAS, rlrnold D. Feuerstein, General Partner, with Brookhurst Shopping Center
owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination of this use permit to comply with Condition No. 4 of
Conditionai Use Permit No. 3980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tha~ the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection wiXh on th basis of the foregoing findings.
