A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NOS. 843, 934 AND 1561
WHEREAS, on October 7, 1957, Variance No. 843 was granted under Resolution No. 77,
Series 1957-58, by the Planning Commission to construct and operate a 60-unit motel at 8192 Lincoln
Avenue (now addressed 2930 West Lincoin Avenue); and
WHEREAS, on March 17, 1956, Variance No. 934 was granted under Resolution No.
210, Series 1957-58, by the Planning Commission to operate a real estate o~ce at 8192 Lincoln Avenue
(now addressed 2930 West Lincoln Avenue); and
WHEREAS, on May 7, 1963, Variance No. 1561 was approved under Resolution No.
63R-382 by the Anaheim City Council to waive the block wall requirement along the east boundary line
and the one-story height limitation to construct a two-story planned multiple-family residential
development; and
WHEREAS, Frederick J. Hanshaw, property owner, has requested termination of
Variance Nos. 843, 934 and 1561 to compiy with Condition No. 12 of Conditional Use Permit No. 3929
(which permits a convenience market).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thal the Anaheim City Planning Commission
d,~e~ hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 843, Variance No. 934 and
Vairiance No. 1561 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
May 27, 1998.
