A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTIQN WI7H
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1855
'JVHEREAS, on July 3, 1978, Conditional Use Permit No. 1855 was granted under
Resoiution No. PC78-153 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit a car leasing facility with waiver
of required enclosure of outdoor uses at 1071 North Blue Street; and that said resnlution was
subsequently amended in connection with Resolution Nos. PC89-179 and PC94-21; and
WHEREAS, this property is developed with an outdoor household hazardous materials
recycling resources recovery transfer facility and is located in Development Area 1A (industrial Area-
Recycling Overlay Area) of the Northeast Specific Plan (SP94-1); and
WHEREAS, Thomas J. Vogts has requested termination of this conditional use permit to
comply with Condition No. 11 of Conditional Use Permit No. 3995, which permits an outdoor household
hazardous materials recycling/resources recovery transfer facility with waivers of minimum setback
adjacent to the 91 freeway and permitted encroachment in setback areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection Conditional Use Permit No. 1855 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
June 8, 1998.
