A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINAI ING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTIt~N WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1292
WHEREAS, on February 12, 1972 the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
PC72-36 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 1292 and permit on-sale beer in a proposed dining room in
conjunction with an existing delicatessen with waiver of minimum landscaped setback on property located
at 2780 West Lincoln Avenue; and
~l/HEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 4111 (to permit a Buddhist tempte and
caretaker's residence withi~ !wo existing structures formerly used for residential an~ commercial uses with
waivers of the minimum number of parking spaces and minimum setback of instituGonal uses adjacent tc
a residential use) was subsequenUy approved by the Commission on April 16, 1999 under ResoluUon No.
PC99-70; and that CondiUon No. 19 of said resolution specifies that the petitioner request fermination of
Conditional Use Permit No. 1292; and
V1'HEREAS, Hank Lee, Secretary of Jung Hye Sa Korean Buddhist Temple, repr~senting
the property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1292.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOWED that the Maheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1292 on the basis of
the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Plannfng Commission masting of
August 2, 1999.
