A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMIb115SION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
~ONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 774
WHEREAS, on November 30, 1565 the Council adopted Re~oiution Na. 65R-893 to grant
Conditianal Use Permit No. 774 and permit a serv;ce station within 75 feet of a residential zone and not
located at the intersection of two arterial highways on property located at 504 West South Street; and
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 4069 (permitting a service station with a 1,925
sq.ft. convenience market with retail sale of beer and wine for aff-premises consumption and a 920 sq.ft.
drive-through seif-service car wash) was subsequently approved by the City Council an December 15,
1998 under Resolution No. 98R-266; and that Condition No. 1 of said resolution specifies that the
petitioner request termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 774; and
WHEREAS, Khoda B. Ostowari, representing the property owner, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. ~74.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 774 on the basis of
the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
August 2, 1999.
