A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 3678
WHEREAS, on May 16, 1994 the Planning Commiss(on adopted Resolution No. PC94-58
to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 3678, in ~~art, for a period of five years to retain a boat repair and
manufacturing facility with retail sale of parts -and accessories and with waiver of minimum number of
parking spaces on property located at 1010 North Grove Street; and
WHEREAS, Eliwin E. Ashwill, ~~shwill Investments, property owner, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3678 because the tenant is vacating the building,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that ihe Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate ail proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3678 on the basis of
the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
