A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 306 AND 950
WHEREAS, on Uecember 18, 1962, the City Council adopted Resolation No. 62R-1095
to grant Conditional Use Permit N~. 306 and permit a service station on property located at the southeast
comer of Orange Avenue and Knott Street (3440-3464 West Orange Avenue); and that the service
station is no longer in operation; and
WHEREAS, on June 19, 1967, the Plann:ng Commission adopted Resolution No. PC67-
137 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 950 and permit on-premises sale of beer and wine in conjunction
with a proposed restaurant and waiver of required number of parking spaces on this property; and that
the restaurant Is no longer in operation; and
WHEREAS, th(s property is developed with a commercial center with two double-faced
biilboards in the CL (Commercial, Limited) zone; and that the property is located within the West
Anaheim Commercial Corridors Redevelopment Project Area; and
WHEREAS, Yolanda Zanchi, property owner, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 306 and 950 to comply with a condition of approval of
Conditional Use Permit No. 4109.
NOW, THEREFOR[, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings In connection with Conditlonal Use Permit Nos. 306 and 950 on
the basis of the faregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
August 16, 1999.
