A RESOLUTION OF THE ANA!iEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1552
WHEREAS, on July 21, 1975, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC75-
161 to grant, in part, Conditional Use Permit No. 1552 and permit an automobile repair facility on ~roperty
located at the northeast corner of A4iraloma Avenue and Miller Street (3375 East Miraloma Avenue); and
V6'HEREAS, this property is developed with an automobile repair facility that will be
demolished; that the property is located in Development Area 1(Industrial Area) of the ~Jortheast Are~
Specific Plan (SP94-1); and that the property is also located in the Project Alpha Northeast
Redevelopment Area; and
WHEREAS, Robert W. Bollar, counsel for Cardlock Fuels, hac submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1552 to compiy with a condition of approval of
Conditional Use Permit No. 4110.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1552 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
August i6, 1999.
