A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3343
WHEREAS, on October 8, 1990 the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
PC90-244 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 3343 2nd permit a 5,290 square foot gourmet market with
takeout prepared food with waiver of minimum number of parking spaces on property located 505 Villa
Real Drive-Vista Nohi Plaza; and
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 4127 (to permit the subdivision of existing floor
area in a commercial/o~ce center to create 9 additional tenant spaces for a total ot 35 tenant spaces)
was approved by the Commission on June 21, 1999 under Resolution No. PC99-111; and that Condition
No. 8 of said resolution specifies that the petitioner request termination of Conditionai Use Permit No.
3343; and
WHEREAS, Yuji E. Naito, owner, SBD Group, Inc., has submitted a letter
has submitted a letter dated July £, 1999, requesting termination of Conaitionai Use Permit No. 3343.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission
does hereby terminate ali proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3343 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
September 27, 1999.
