A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NOS. 1961 AND 3148
WHEREAS, on March 25, 1968, the Anaheim City Planning Commission adopted
Resolution No. PC68-78 to grant Variance No. 1961 waiving minimum required front landscape setback to
permit a private parking lot on property located at the southeast comer of Cerritos Avenue and Anaheim
Boulevard, and further described as 1500 South Anaheim Boulevard and 300 East Cerritos Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on May 19, 1980, the Planning Commission adopted ResoluGon No. PC80-86
to grant Variance No. 3148 waiving maximum fence height to construct a 15-foot high fence on this
property; and
WHEREAS, the property is currently developed with two industrial buildings in the ML
(Limited Industrial) zone; and that the Anaheim General Plan designates the property for General Industrial
land uses; and
WHEREAS, Variance No. 4356 (waiving minimum structural and landscape setback,
permitted encroachments in setback area, minimum parking lot landscaping and required improvement of a
right-of-way to construct a 271,775 sq.ft. industrial building in conjunction with the demolition of one existing
industrial building and the renovation of another) was subsequently approved by the Planning Commission
on April 27, 1998 under Resolution No. PC98-fi1; and that Condition No. 20 of said resolution specifies that
the petitioner request termination of Variance Nos. 1961 and 3148; and
WHEREAS, Anita K. Leaver, Vice President, Construction/Management of the Muller
Company, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Variance Nos. 1961 and 3148 to comply with the
conditions of approvai of Variance No. 4356.
NOW, THEf~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby temiinate ali proceedings in cnnnection with Variance Nos. 1961 and 3148 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
