A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 1569, 2120, 2155, 2421, 2868 and 3306
WHEREAS, on November 10, 1975, the Planning Commission adop~d Resotution No.
PC75-224 to gran: Conditional Use Pertnit No. 1569 and permit automobile repair and forkiift maintenance
uses at 5401-5445 East La Palma Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on October 20, 1980, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
PC80-182 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2120 and permit an automotive repair service in the ML
(SC) Zone at 5401-5445 East La Palma Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on December 15, 1980, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
PC80-223 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2155 and permit a church in the ML (SC) Zone at 5401-
5445 East La Palma Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1983, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC83-
56 to grant Conditionai Use Permit No. 2421 and permit a heaith spa with waiver of minimum number of
parking spaces in the ML (SC} Zone at 5401-5445 E2st La Palma Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on January 19, 1978, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
PC67-14 to grant Conditianal Use Permit No. 2868 and permit a church in the Anaheim Canyon Industrial
Area; with a three year time limitation at 5401-5445 East La Palma Avenue; and.
WHEREAS, on July 1S, 1990, the Planning Ccmmission adopted Resolution No.
PC90-184 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 3306 and permit a physical fitness center (dance
instruction studio) with waiver of minimum number of parking spaces at 5401-5445 East ; a Palma
Avenue; and.
WHEREAS, this property is developed with an industrial complex in Development Area 2
"Expanded Industrial Area" of the Northeast Area Specific Plan.
WHEREAS, Mark R. Poochigian, representing the Canyon Commerce Center, has
submitted a Ietter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1569, 2120, 2155, 2421, 2868
and 3306 in order to obtain a building permit to construct a new building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Pianning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditionai Use Permit Nos. 1569, 2120, 2155,
2421, 2868 and 3306 an lhe basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
