A NUNC PRO TUNC RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. PC99-151 GRANTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 98-99-15
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted Reclassification No. 98-99-15,
unconditionally, by Resolution No. PC99-151 on August 16, 1999, to reclassify the property located at
926 South Beach Boulevard from the CH (Commercial, Heavy) Zone to the CL (Commercial, Limited)
Zone; and
WHEREAS, the "NC~^.~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED" paragraph on page 2 of Resolution
No. PC99-151 is incorrect snd is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:
"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheirn City
Planning Commission does hereby approve the subject PeGtion for Reclassification to
authorize an amendment to the Zoning Map of the Anaheim Municipal Code to
exclude the above-described properly from the CH (Commercial, Heavy) Zone and to
incorporate said described property into the CL (Commercial, Limited) Zone,
unconditionally."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
November 8, 1999.
