A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISStON
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS it~ CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 4093
WHEREAS, on February 1, 1999, the Anaheim City Planning Commission adopted
Resolution No. PC99•22 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 4093 and permit a contractor's storage yard
located at 507 South Lemon Street for a period of three years; and
WHEREAS, on August 10, 1999, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 99R-173 to
reinstate Conditional Use Permit No. 2292 to permit a tree service contractor's yard at 507 South Lemon
Street; and that Condition No. 18 of said resolution specifies that the petitioner request termination of
Conditional Use Permit No. 4093; and
WHEREAS, Leonard Chaidez, owner of Leonard Chaidez Tree Service, has submitted
the attached letter dated August 19, 1999, requesting termination of Canditional Use Permit No. 4093 to
comply with the aforementioned Condition No. 18; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 4093 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
November 22, 1999.
