A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CI7Y PLANNING COPAMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNEC.TION WITH
CONDITIGNAL USE PERMIT NO. 898
WHEREAS, on January 3, 1967 the City Council adopted Resoiution No. 67R-7 to grant
Conditional Use Permit No. 898 and permit a private educational institution and temporary modular
structures and expansion of an existing church and child day care center at 1327 North Candiewood
Street and 1326 Norwood Street with waivers of minimum number of parking spaces, minimum setback
for institutional uses and maximum structural height; and
WHEREAS, the property is developed with two single family dwellings used by the
existing church as staff housing; and that the property is zoned RS-7200 (Residential, Sinc~le-Family) and
the Gerierai Plan l.and Use Element designates the property for Low Den~ity Residential land uses; and
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1992, lhe City Council adopted Resolution No. 90R-453 to
approve Conditional Use Permit No. 3315 and permit temoorary modular structures and expansion of the
existing ch~rch and child day care center at this location with waivers; and that said resolution (Condition
No. 26) requires that the property owner request termination of this Conditional Use Permit; and
WHEREAS, [ietsy Lehman, Secretary for the Anaheim Fist Nazarene Churcl~ (property
owner), has requested termination of this conditiona! use permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the aheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with-Conditional Use Permit No. 89~ on the basis of
the foregoing findings. ~ ~ •
