RESOLUTION NO. PC?9-210
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO 2752
WHEREAS, on November 10, 1975, the Anaheim City Planning Commission adopted
Resolution No. PC75-236 to grant Variance No. 2752 and permit waive~s of permitted uses and required
site screening to establish an automotive diagnosUc shop on property located at 117 South Westem
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 99-128 (to establish a 2-lot commercial subdivision for an
existing self-serve car wash facility and a drive-through restaurant at 117 South Western Avenue) was
subsequently approved on September 16, 1999 under Zoning Administrative Decision No. 7A99-37; and
that Condition No. 5 of said decision specifies that the property owner request termination of Variance No.
2752; and
WHEREAS, this property is cunentty developed with a 1,239 sq.ft. drive-through fast food
restaurant with two outdoor patio seating areas totaling 434 sq.ft. and a 2,466 sq.ft. self-service car wash
in the CL (Commercial, Limited) zone; that the property is located within the West Anaheim Commercial
Corridors Redevelopment Project Area; and that the Anaheim General Plan Land Use Element
designates this property for General Gommerciai land uses; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Curd, attomey for the property owner, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Variance No. 2752 to comply with the conditions of approval for Parcel Map No.
99-128.
NOW, THEREFORE, EtE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 2752 on the basis of the foregoing
findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
December ci, 1999.
