A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0.1026
WHEREAS, on June 25, 1968 the Maheim City Council adopted Resolution No. 68-137
to grant Conditianal Use Permit No. 1026 and permit an automatic car wash with accessory gasoline
pumps at 117 South Westem Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 99-128 (to est~blish a 2-lot commercial subdivision for an
existing self-serve car wash fa~ility anc'. a drrve-through restaurant at 117 South Westem Avenue) was
approved on September 16, 1999 und~;r Zoning Administrator Decision No. ZA 88-37; and that Condition
No. 5 of said decision specifies that t;ie property owner request terminaGon of Conditionai Use Pe~rnit Na.
1026; and
WHEREAS, this property is currently developed with a 1,239 sq.ft. d~ive-through fast food
restaurant with two outdoor patio sea8ng areas totaling 434 sq.ft. and a 2,466 sq.ft. self-service car wash
in the CL (Commercial, Lf~nited) zone; that the property is located within the West Anaheim Commercial
Corridors Redevelopment Project Area; and that the Anaheim General Plan Land Use Element
designates this property for General Commercial land uses; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Curd, attomey for the property owner, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditianal Use Permit No.1026 to comply with the conditions of approval o`
Parcel Map No. 99-128.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with CondiBonal Use Permit No. 1026 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
