A RESOLUI"ION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL iJSE PERMIT NOS. 2840, 2937 AND 2960
WHEREAS, on a^eptember 15, 1986 Conditional Use Permit No. 2840 was granted under
Resolution No. ?C86-239 by the Planning Commission to permit an automobile repair school with waiver
of minimum number of parking spaces at 1713 Nurth Orangethorpe Park; and
WHEREAS, on August 17, 1987 Conditional Use Permit No. 2937 was granted under
Resolution No. PC87-161 by the Planning Commission to permit the sale and repair of motor scooters with
waiver of minimum number of parking spaces at 1709 NoRh Orangethorpe Park; and
WHEREAS, on October 26, 1987 Conditional Use Permit No. 2960 ~vas ~rar3ed under
Resolution No. PC87-222 by the Planning Commission to retain an automobile sales and detailing facility
at 1713 North Orangethorpe Parl<; and
WHEREAS, this property is currently developed with multi-tenant industrial building in the
ML (Limited Industrial) Zone;
WHEREAS, on May 27, 1998 the Planning Commission approved Conditional Use Permit
No. 4023 to permit and retain a tire sales and repair facility at 831-837 East Orangethorpe Avenue and
1709-1713 North Orangethorpe Park; and
WHEREAS, Kee Whan Ha and Kyung Hee Ha, property owners, have requested
termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 2840, 2937 and 2960, to comply with the conditions of
approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 4023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the A}~aheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Condition I Use Permit Nos. 2840, 2937 and
2960 on the basis of the foregoing findings. -• _.
