A RESOLUTION OF THF ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 3597
WHEREAS, on January 19, 1987, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
PC87-10 to grant Variance No. 3597, in paR, and permit construction of a 4-unit apartment buiiding with
waivers of maximum site coverage, and minimum width of pedestrian accessways at 202 South Olive
Street; and
WHEREAS, this property is being redeveloped with a condominium project (Olive Infill No.
2 and 3 sites) as coordinated by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Anaheim and is zoned RM-
2400; and
WHEREAS, on February 19, 1999, the Planning Commission approved Reclassification
No. 96-97-10 to reclassify 202 South Olive Street from the RM-1200 (Residential, Multiple-Family) to the
RM-2400 (Residen!ial, Multiple-Family) Zone; and
WHEREAS, Elisa Stipkovich, Executive Director of the Community Development
Department of the City of Anaheim, has requested termination of Variance No. 3597 to comply with the
conditions of approval of Reclassification No. 96-~37-10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 3597 on the basis of the foregoing
findings.
