PC99-32 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT I~O. 1546 WHEREAS, on July 7, 1975, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC75- 146 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 1546 and permit a helistop on property located at 326~ East Carpenter Avenue (formerly 3340 East La Palma Avenue). WHEREAS, this property is deveioped with the Fluor Corporation facility located in the ML (Limited industrial) Zone. WHEREAS, the property owner has submitted a letter requesting termination of this inactive Conditional Use Permit No. 1546 in order to obtain a building permit for construction of a new building. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all ~roceedings in connection with Conditional Use ermit No. 1546 on the basis of the faregoing findings.
