A RESOLUTION O~ THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERtv11NATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2294
WHEREAS, on January 25, 1982 the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
PC82-8 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2294 and ~ermit the sale of beer and wine for on-premises
consumptian in conjunction with a proposed restaurant on property located at 2628-2634 West La Palma
Avenue.
WHEREAS, this properiy is currently developed with a 9-unit, 1;,200 sq.ft. commercial
retail center, including subject restaurant (Ashoka indian Cuisine), in the CL (Commercial, Limited) Zone.
Whereas Conditional Use Permit No. 4053 (permitting a 1,740 sq.ft, expansion to
an existing 1,560 ~q.ft. restaurant with the retail sale of beer and wine for on-premises consumption and
with waiver of minimum number of parl;ing spaces) was approved by the Zoning Administrator on
September 3, 1985 under Decision No. ZAS8-25; and that Condition No. 19 of said decision specifies that
the petitioner request termination of subject conditional use permit.
WHEREAS, Laszio Cserni, property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination
of Conditional Use Permit No. 2294.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2294 on the basis of
the foregoing findings.
