Resolution-PC 99-53RESOLUTION NO. PC:99-53 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3737 WHEREAS, on Januay 23, 1995, the Planning Commission 2dopted Resolution No. PC95-10 to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 3737 and permit expansion of an existing non-industrial training center in conjunction with a radio/television braadcasting and audio-video production studio including live studio audience participation, and with waiver of minimum number of parking spaces on property located at 1134, 1136 and 1160 North Gilbert Street; and WHEREAS, on December 21, 1998, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC98-201 to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 4083 to permit a court-mandated traffic school at this location in the ML "Limited Industrial" Zone; and that said resolution includes the following condition of approval: That the property owner shall submit a letter to the Zoning Division requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3737 (to permit the expansion of an existing non-industrial training center in conjunction with a radio/television broadcasting and audio/visual production studio including live studio audience participation and with waiver of minimum number of parking spaces. WHEREAS, this property is developed with six, 2-story, multi-tenant, concrete tilt-up industrial buildings, including a tennis court and detached bathhouse for tenant use only, in the ML "Limited Industrial" zone; Ehat the property is located in !he West Anaheim Commercial Corridors Redevelopment Area; and that the City of Anaheim General Plan Land Use Element designates this property for General industrial land uses; and WHEREAS, Stephen Claman, Partner, Gilbert/La Palma Properties, has submitted a letter requesting terminafion of Conditional Use Permit 3737 to comply with Condition No. 1 of Conditional Use Permit No. 4083. NOW, THEREFORE, BE Il" RESOLVED that the Rnaheim City Planring Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3737 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
