A NUNC PRO TUNC RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM C:lY PLANNING COMi~iISSION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. PC98-19d GRANT[D IM CONJUNCTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 4081
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted Conditionai Use Permit No. 4081 by
Resolution No. PC98-194 on December 7, 1998, to permit a commerciai school supply showroom 2nd
warehouse business in a vacant 23,580 square fooi building at 1025 East Orangethorpe Avenue in the ML
(Limited, Induslrial) Zone; and
WHEREAS, Condit~on No. 2 contained in Resolution No. PC98-194 was incorrect and should be
amended in its entirety to read as follows:
That the applicant shall estabiish the legal nor.-conforming status of the
existing pole sign or, shall obtain approval of a variance (waiver) to retain it.
AND FURTHER, that Condition No. 15 shall be deleted in its entirety.
