A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. ti36
WHEREAS, ori June 21, 1966 the City Councii adopted Resolution No. 66R-418 to grant
Conditional Use Permit No. 836 to retain an existing service station as a conforming use in the CL
(Commercial, Limited) Zone on property located at 420 South State College Boulevard (C & M
Automotive); and
WHEREAS, this property is currently daveloped with a former service station converted to
an auto repair facility; that gasoline sales have been discontinued for severai years and the tanks, canopy
and dispensers have been removed; and that the property is zoned CL (Commercial, Limited); and
WHEREAS, Susan Saltrburg, properly owner, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 836 as a condition of approvai in connection with Conditional
Use Permit No. 4097.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the
