A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CiTY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3435
WHEREAS, on July 29, 1991 the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC91-
117 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 3435 and permit a new and used truck sales lot and repair facilit~
v~ith waiver of required dedication and imprcvements ard required setback on property located at 851
East Cerritos Avenue; and
WHEREAS, this property is currently developed with a delivery van storage, service,
maintenance and reoair facility (Norco) located in the ML (Limited, Industrial) Zone; and
WHEREAS, Joseph J. Wirth, Executive Vice President, The Norco Companies, has
requested terminatiun cf Conditional Use Permit No. 3435 to comply with a condition of approvai of
Resalution No. ~'C98-191, adopted in connection with Corditional Use Permit No. 1369, readvertised.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3435 on the basis of
the foregoing fir.dings.
