RESOLUTION NO. PC99-85
A RESOLUTION OF Tf1E ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNEC710N WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 1004 AND 3469
WHEREAS, on March 11, 1968 the Planning Commission adopted Resoiution No. PC68-
64 to grant Conditionai Use Permit 1004 and permit a drive-in restaurant with waiver of permitted location
of a freestanding sign on property located at 2144 South Harbor Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, on November 28, 1991 the Planning Commission adopted Res~lution No.
PC91-191 to grant Conditional Use F'ermit No. 3469 and permit a drive-through addition to an existing fast
food restaurant at 2144 South Harbor Bouievard; and
WHEREAS, this property is currently developed with a vacant building (former Arby's,
which will be demolished) in the CL (Commercial, Limited) Zone; and
WHEREAS, Dick and Joyce Armstrong have requested terminaYion of Conditional Use
Permit Nos. 1004 and 3469 to comp;y with a condition of approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 4095.
NOW, THEREFORE, E3E IT RESOLVED that the Ana eim Cify Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditio al Use Permit No. 1004 and
Conditional Use Permit No. 3469 on the basis of the f regoing findin .
