A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES
FOR PARKING AT THE ANAHEIM
CONVENTION CENTER
WHEREAS, by Resolution 1998R-125 dated June 1 b,1998, the City Council of
the City of Anaheim established fees for parking at the Anaheim Convention Center at $7.00 per
space, except as provided by contract or otherwise specified; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2001R-186, the City Council found and
determined that the fee for parking at the Anaheim Convention Center should be amended to
establish a fee of $8.00 for trade shows and conventions while retaining a fee of $7.00 for other
public events; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2002R-171, the parking rate of $8.00 was made
uniform for all events at the Anaheim Convention Center
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the fee for parking at
Convention Center facilities should be amended to establish a uniform parking fee of $9.00
which is consistent with the fees charged in neighboring parking facilities; and
WHEREAS, prior to adopting this resolution the City Council has held a public
hearing, at which oral or written presentations could be made, as part of a regularly scheduled
meeting and notice of said hearing was published twice in a newspaper the first publication
occurring not less than ten days prior to the date of said hearing as required by Government Code
Section 66018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim to establish a parking fee for parking in the lots of the Anaheim Convention Center at
the rate of $9.00 except as may be provided by contract or is otherwise specified.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of the parking fee for the
Anaheim Convention Center established herein shall be July 1, 2005. .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all prior resolutions relating to parking fees at
the Anaheim Convention Center are rescinded, effective July 1, 2005.

of the City of Anaheim this may of June , 2005, by the following roll call vote:
