A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.2001 R-57 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE CONFIDENTIAL UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 14, 2005, that Resolution No. 2001 R-57 be amended in the manner set forth,
effective June 17, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending
Resolution No. 2001 R-57 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2001 R-
57 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Confidential.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Section 1 of Resolution No. 2001-57 be amended as follows:
1. That, the following classification be added to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2001 R-57:

2. Tha#, the Salary Schedule for the following classification be amended to add Upgrade
designation:

3. That, the following classification be deleted from Section 1 of Resolution No. 2001 R-57:
