A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.2000R-124 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 14, 2005, that Resolution No. 2000R-124 be amended in the manner set forth,
effective June 17, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R-124, is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim; and
~. WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-
124which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Middle
Management,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R-124 be amended as follows:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-124 be amended by adding the following
classifications and allocating them to the salary range as shown;
Classification Salary Range
Community Preservation Supervisor XU CR10
Financial Accounting Manager X CR16
Financial Planning Manager X CR16
Senior Community Services Project Planner X CR15
Utilities Rates Manager X CR16
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-124 be amended by deleting the following
classifications:
Classification Salary Range
Circulation Services Manager XU CR07
Code Enforcement Supervisor XU CR10
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 2000R-124 is June 17, 2005.

AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 2000R-124 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
