RESOLUTION NO. 7lR- 250
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE TITLE TO
RESOLUTION NO. 7lR-l85 NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of May, 1971, the City Council
of the City of Anaheim adopted Resolution No. 71R-185 which in
the title, by inadvertence and clerical error, established fees
for landscaping in connection with street tree 'program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said title
erroneously included such fees for landscaping.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the title to Resolution No. 7lR-185 be
amended to read nunc pro tunc as follows.:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING A STREET TREE PROGRAM
(SANTA ANA CANYON AREA) . ..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that excep.t to the eXtent that
the title of said Resolution has been amended, the. balance there-
of shall remain in full force and effect as originally passed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of June , 1971.
