RESOLUTION NO. 71R-244
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 69R-622
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1138.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
heretofore to wit, on the 4th day of November, 19"69, adopt
Resolution No. 69R-622, granting Conditional Use Permit No. 1138
subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it proper and in the
best interests of the City to revise Condition No.3, set forth
in said Resolution No. 69R-622 in order to delete wall require-
ments where eucalyptus trees currently exist.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahetm that Resolution No. 69R-622 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 1138 be, and the same is hereby amended
by revising Condition No. 3 of said Resolution to read as
follows:
"3. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the west property line, along the north
and east property lines where no eucalyptus trees
are on the property lines, and to the rear of the
20-foot wide, required front landscaped area
fronting on La Palma Avenue. Where eucalyptus
trees are located on the north and east property
lines, a 6-foot chainlink fence shall be installed.
In the event the existing eucalyptus trees are ever
removed along the north and east property lines,
a 6-foot masonry wall shall be construc~~d in lieu
of a chainlink fence. An agreement in a form
approved by the City Attorney shall be recorded
prior to final building and zoning inspections to
insure installation of said wall in the event the
eucalyptus trees are removed."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 69R-622 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and si9ned by me
this 8th day of June, 1971.
