RESOLUTION NO. 7lR-243
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEXM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
EPHRAIM BEARD TO MOVE A COMMERCIAL BUILDING
FROM 592 WEST BAKER, COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA,
TO 1239 SOUTH BEACH BOULEVARD, ANAHEIM, CALI-
FORNIA.
WHEREAS, EPHRAI1'1 BEARD I having filed a written applica-
tion for a house moving permit to move a commercial building from
592 West Baker, Costa Mesa, California, to 1239 South Beach Boule..
yard, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 8th day of June, 1971, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock
P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said public
hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing within
a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which it
is proposed to move said commercial building or structure, at
least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing as the
names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assess-
ment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said
application for a house moving permit, together with. all evidence
and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that
said permit should be granted, subject to the following conditions:
1. That property be developed in accordance with C-l
standards prior to final bu.ilding inspection; and
2. That air conditioning facilities be screened as
required by the Anaheim ~1unicipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the. City Council of
the City of Ariaheim, that the application of EPHRAIM BEARD for a
house moving permit to move a commercial building from 592 West
Baker, Costa Mesa, California, to 1239 South Beach Boulevard,
Anaheim, California, be and the same is hereby granted subject
to the conditions hereinbefore set forth, and subject further
to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter
15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of
buildings from a point outside the City of Anaheim onto a lot
wi thin the City of Anaheirtl.
