RESOLUTION NO. 71R-206
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EY~.CUTE AN AMENDMENT 'to AGREEMENT
(ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF COURSE).
WHEREAS, an agreement dat.ed April 20, 1971 between
the ~ity of Anaheim and Terry & Associates for engineering
serv1ces in connection with 18 holes of the Anaheim 'Hills Golf
Course needs to be amended to include an additional 9 holes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and does approve
of an Amendment to Agreement which extends the original 'agreement
to include said additional 9 holes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City
of Anaheim that certain Amendment to Agreement between the City
and Terry & Associates extending said' agreement of April 20, 1971
to include an additional 9 holes.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
18th day of May, 1971.
