RESOLUTION NO. 7lR- 205
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AL'mNDMENT TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend that certain
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Richard" Bigler,
Associates, to provide for a change in the schedule' of payments;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and does approve
of an Amendment to Agreement which accomplishes said change in
schedule of payments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim that certain Amendment to Agreement between the
City and Richard Bigler, Associates, dated February 5, 1971.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of May, 1971.
