NEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE ANAHEIM
HILLS GOLF COURSE.
WHEP~AS, the City of Anaheim is in need of engineering
services to design anc~ ~?erform certain engineering functions in
connection ~~i tj,1 the Anahei1l.1 Hills Golf Course; and
~~fEREAS, Converse, Davis and Associates are civil
engineers qualified to perform such engineering services; and
~rHEPEAS, Conversa, Davis and Associates nave submitted
a i.-;rof>osal for the performance of certain engineering services
under date of I.~ay 12, 1971, signed by F. R. ~1acFayden, .che terms
and conditions of whicll proposal, including fees, are satisfactory
to the City of ~"'1.aheim; and
~mEREAS, an agreement has this day been submitted to
tne City Council to be made and enterea into between the parties
including the employment of Converse, Davis and Associates to
perfonn sai<S. engi~1eeriilg servic;~s on the .terms and conditions se.c
fortrl in "the amount. of $5,800. CD; and
tIfflEREAS, the City Council finds that th.e terms and
conditions of said agreement are sa.tisfactory and that said agree-
ment should be approved.
NO(l, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
tile City of Anaheim tl1a-i:. tile agreement -chis date submitted to the
City Council to be made and entered into by and between Converse,
Davis and Associates to perform said engineering services for the
~~aheim Hills Golf Course upon the terms and conditions therein
