71R-201 RESOLUTION NO. 71R- 201 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CER- TAIN REAL PROPERTY AND FIXING A DATE FOR HEARING THEREON. ~mEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has elected to proceed under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941 and the Public Service Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Article 5 of the Government Code in connection with a request for vacation and abandonment of certain real property hereinafter described with the City retaining and reserving an easement for public utility purposes therein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Anaheim that it hereby declares its intention to vacate, abandon and close to public use portions of roadways, alleys and easements as they may relate to the following described property situated in the City of &,aheim, County of Orange, and State of California, to wit; Those certain alleys and public utility easements located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be abandoned described as follows: Parcel One: The northerly 25 feet of Lot 3 in Block G of the New Subdivision of Vineyard Lot D-S, as shown on a map recorded in BooJ-;.: 17, page 72 of I\1iscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. Parcel 'lwo: That certain 15.5 foot wide alley lying easterly of and adjacent to the east line of Lots 1, 2, and 3 in Block G of the New Subdivision of Vineyard Lot D-5, as shown on a map recorded in Book 17, page 72, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. Reserving therefrom said Parcel Two above described an easement for public utility purposes including but not limited to sanitary sewer line and manhole, together with all right of ingress and egress to all of Parcel Two above described. and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941 and the Public Service Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Article 5 of the Government Code. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby declares that it intends to reserve a certain easement for public utility purposes in connection with the requested vacation and abandonment, details of which are OIl file in the Office of the Ci ty Clerk for further paroticulars.
