RESOLUTION NO. 82R-4l2
A RESOLU~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEXM DECLARING ITS INTENT TO CONDUCT A
PUBLIC HaARING TO DETERMINE THE EXISTENCE OF
A PUBLIC 'NUISANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that certain premises within the City may be maintained
contrary to the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that a
public hearing be held to ascertain whether or not a public
nuisance exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
hereby declares its intent to hold a public hearing to ascertain
whether certain premises situated in the City of Anaheim, State
of California, known and designated as 949 North Mohican Avenue,
in said City, and more particularly described as Lot No.5,
Tract No. 2396, constitute a public nuisance subject to abatement
by the City;
That the following conditions maintained on said
property may exist contrary to the provisions of Section
6.44.0l0.070.0ll6(i) of the Anaheim Municipal Code:
6.44.0l0.070.0l16(i) - Motor vehicles, trailers, campers,
boats, or other mobile equipment parked on lawn
or yards.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cause
the owner of said premises to be served with appropriate notice
in the manner presciribed by the Anaheim Municipal Code.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of
August, 1982.
