RESOLUTION NO. 82R-415
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO TBE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-30)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Hubert A. Bevins and
Evelyn C. Bevins to sell to the City of Anaheim the following
described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes, and more particularly described
as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across those portions of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of
the Konig SUbdivision, as shown on a map recorded in Book
6, page 20 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 1, thence
N 74 degrees 31' 38" E along the northerly line of said Lot 1,
31.13 feet to a point, said point having a radial line N
83 degrees 571 36" E through it, said point also being the
beginning of a curve concave easterly and having a radius
of 1,388.00 feet; thence Southerly and Easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 8 degrees 17' 54" an arc
distance of 201.03 feet to a point in the southerly line of
said Lot 4; thence S 74 degrees 31' 38" W along said south-
erly line, 12.54 feet; thence N 15 degrees 30' 07" Walong
the westerly lines of said Lots 4, 3, 2 and 1, 200.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be
construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the
City street system (Section 1806, Streets and Highways Code).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a
warrant and pay to the owner of said real property, out of General
Funds of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No. 13-792-
7101-E2580 the sum of Thirty-One Thousand. Seven Hundred Dollars
($3l,700.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of August, 1982.
