RESOLUTION NO. 82R-421
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 78R-771 AND
ADOPTING A NEW FEE SCHEDULE FOR PERMITS AND SER-
VICES PURSUANT TO THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE.
WHEREAS, Section 15.50.304 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
requires the payment of fees to the City of Anaheim for mechanical
permits, in such amounts as determined and established by resolution
of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted resolutions
establishing and, from time to time, amending said schedule of fees
and service charges; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to further amend said
schedules of fees and service charges in the manner hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said fee increases
at a public meeting notice of which has heretofore been given in the
manner required by Section 54992 of the Government Code and at which
meeting oral and written presentations were invited and considered
concerning said fee and service charge increases; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that the hereinafter
specified fee and service charge increases do not exceed the estimated
amount required to provide the service for which the fee or service
charge is levied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 78R-771 is hereby repealed and
that the following Fee Schedule be, and the same is hereby, adopted
for the Uniform Mechanical Code:
