RESOLUTION NO. 82R-426
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR A GRANT
UNDER THE CALIFORNIA HOME MANAGEMENT TRAINING
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Housing
and Community Development, Division of Community Affairs, has issued
a NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS UNDER THE CALIFORNIA HOME
MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982-83; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is a municipal corporation
and is willing to accept the grant: and
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Anaheim is hereby
designated as the person who can act on behalf of the city of
Anaheim and will sign all necessary documents required to complete
the grant transaction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the"" City of Anaheim hereby authorizes the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim to sign an application for and accept the grant in the
amount of $25,000 on behalf of the City of Anaheim and to enter into
on behalf of the City of Anaheim a contract with the Department of
Housing and Community Development and perform any and all City of
Anaheim responsibilities in relationship to such contract.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of August, 1982.
